In Nordic Walking regular, natural walking is enhanced by the addition of
the active use of a pair of specially-designed Nordic Walking poles.
Nordic Walking is for anybody, anywhere, all year round regardless of age,
fitness level or weight.
All you need to bring are comfortable walking shoes!
