Mothercare, Tesco, John Lewis and eBay ban popular baby positioners
following health watchdog warning over suffocation after 12 newborns die in
the US

   - *Exclusive: FDA in the US has issued statement warning about dangers
   of 'anti-roll' products*
- *There are reports of at least 12 babies' deaths linked to the devices in
   the US*
- *The products are currently sold by various retailers including Amazon*
- *MailOnline approached firm for comment but it has not yet responded*
- *Mothercare, Tesco, John Lewis and eBay also listed these items but have
   since announced they plan to ban them*
- *Experts reiterate the safest sleep environment for a baby is a clear cot
   with no pillows or toys*
- *Babymoov, whose product has been removed by Mothercare, issued statement
   to say Cosydream has never been involved in any infant fatalities*
